PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operatability and usability in a case where a user wants to stop at a desired facility on the way of a guide route. SOLUTION: This navigation device 1 provided with a function for calculating the guide route from a present position to a destination, is further provided with a storage means 2 for storing the correspondence of a name of a facility to a position of the facility, and designating means 5, 6 for designating the facilities where the user wants to stop, and retrieves the object facilities along the guide route among the designated facilities, and automatically determine the object facility closest to the present position among the object facilities, as a passing point.
