PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller supporting frame fixing device for a development cartridge for preventing the deformation of a roller supporting frame even when a material constituting a housing and a material constituting the roller supporting frame are expanded or contracted by heating or cooling with the difference of the thermal expansion coefficients of both as a precondition, and the development cartridge provided with the device. SOLUTION: The unloaded hole 109 of an inner diameter larger than the diameter of a first screw 107 is formed at the first side frame part 79a of the roller supporting frame 75 and a screw hole 115 to which a second screw 111 can be screwed is formed at a second side frame part 79b. On the first end face 95a of the housing 43, a screw hole 106 to which the first screw 107 can be screwed is formed at a position corresponding to the unloaded hole 109. On a second end face 95b, the unloaded hole 113 of the inner diameter larger than the diameter of the second screw 111 is formed at the position corresponding to the screw hole 115.
