PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wagon moving mechanism which is arranged at a location between a pit and an orchestra jutting apparatus and facilitates movement of an audience seat wagon. SOLUTION: According to the wagon moving mechanism, guide rails 3 are laid on a pit floor in a pit P below audience seats G in a manner extending toward the orchestra jutting apparatus 1 adjacent thereto, and a bracket 4 detachably connected to a rear end of each audience seat wagon 2 is movably tied to each guide rail 3. Further, the bracket 4 tied to the guide rail allows a towing body 11 below a wrap connecting structure 10 to be connected thereto, and the towing body 11 is driven by an appropriate driving means.
