PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a hooker used in the case of an operation that reinforcing bars are bound mutually in a simple structure and provide the hooker at a low cost in reinforcing bar works or the like. SOLUTION: In the hooker in which a circular sectional supporting lever 1a is formed integrally to an arbitrary-sectional shaped main body section 1 in the oblique direction and the main body section and a sleeve-shaped grip 2 are formed rotatably by installing the grip 2 to the supporting lever, the grip 2 is formed in a cylindrical shape, small diametral sections 4 and 4 are formed to parts of the cylindrical grip by a drawing and the small diametral sections are worked as bearings. Accordingly, a bearing member and a bearing structure need not be machined. Parts of the grip are drawn under the state, in which a core material in an approximately the same thickness as the supporting lever is inserted into a cylindrical member, for machining the small diametral sections.
