PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an auxiliary tool efficiently conducting binding works by hooking a binding wire at a place, where a hand is difficult to reach, in reinforcing bar works or the like. SOLUTION: A grip 2 is installed at the base end section of a pipy auxiliary- tool body section 1 in which a hole 4 having a bore diameter in which the binding wire for binding a reinforcing bar or the like is inserted and held is opened towards a front. The inserted binding wire is not slipped off simply by previously bending the front end section of the body section 1 in a chevron shape, and the body section is convenient for a handling. The binding wire is inserted easily to the body section 1 and an operation can be prepared by previously forming an inclined plane 6 by forming an opening end in a countersinking shape. The grip is formed easily by folding back the base end section of the body section 1 and coating the surface of the base end section of the body section 1 with a synthetic resin material.
