A barbeque grille has a fire basket (1) with a support structure (3) to hold a grille (2) for cooking. The grille is cleaned by placing it into a cleaning tray (4) filled with a cleaning fluid. The grille has folding grips to enable it to fit into the tray. The tray is placed onto the support structure enabling the cleaning fluid to be warmed, and thus making is easier to remove burnt on grease etc.
