<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structurally allow a fitting assisting member to be firmly and easily mounted on a cap body by arranging the fitting assisting member in the cap body. <P>SOLUTION: Characteristically, an external thread part is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical fitting assisting member; an elastically deformable protrusive piece-shaped elastic part is formed at one end; the internal thread part is formed on the inner peripheral surface at the opening-side end of the cap body; and a cap, which is constituted by fixing the fitting assisting member to the cap body by screw-fitting so that the elastic part can be located on the other side of the opening of the cap body, is mounted on a writing instrument body by embracing the writing instrument body with the elastic part of the fitting assisting part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
