PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and surely deliver a material to a worker in a car gondola without using an outside elevator for work of a building structure and an inside elevator. SOLUTION: The car gondola 1 is hung on a rooftop crane of the building structure 3, and a material holding unit 2 is hung on a lifting mechanism 7 of the car gondola body 1. A first rail guide 6 of an outside face of the car gondola body 1 and a second rail guide 8 of an outside face of the material holding unit 2 are engaged with the same rail 5. The worker in the car gondola body 1 arranged at a position to be worked with the crane 4 operates the lifting mechanism 7 at need, lifts the material holding unit 2 directly under a door 13, and opens the door 13 to take out a work material 19. The material holding unit 2 is stably lifted and lowered without swinging because the rail guide 8 is fitted to the rail 5, and a relative position for the car gondola body 1 can be taken out a highly accurately and surely materials.
