PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cured film reduced in yellowing and having excellent transparency, and to provide a functional film from the cured film. SOLUTION: The cured film has the thickness of at least 10μm, and the quotient of the absorbance at a wavelength of 380 nm by the thickness is at most 0.60 (/mm).
