PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of the third row seats when the second row seats are moved backward in a seat device having the second row seats capable of sliding forward and backward and the third row seats capable of arranging the space on the upper face of the seat cushion as a luggage compartment by turning the seat cushion from side to side. SOLUTION: The second row seats can be slidden forward and backward, and the third row seats 3 is erected and turned from side to side with the seat cushion 3C turned around a position near the front end section. While the second row seats are positioned at a forward position with the seat cushion 3C of the third row seats 3 turned from side to side, an erecting means is provided to erect the seat cushion 3C of the third seats 3 according to the sliding of the second seats rearward, and when the second row seats is slidden rearward, the seat cushion 3C of the third row seats 3 is erected without special operation.
