PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reflecting mirror which can reflect light entering through a substrate with sufficient reflectance and which has high adhesiveness between the reflecting film and the substrate. SOLUTION: In the reflecting mirror having a substrate 1 and a reflecting film 3 which reflects light entering the substrate 1, the mirror has an intermediate layer made of zinc sulfide 2 between the substrate 1 and the reflecting film 3.
