PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify overall constitution to reduce a manufacturing cost and to save time and effort required for attachment/detachment and storage regarding an antifouling cover put over a road sign implement of cylindrical cone shape installed on a road for the purpose of safety of vehicles and pedestrians, and the road sign implement wrapped with the antifouling cover. SOLUTION: This antifouling cover is composed of a light transmitting synthetic resin sheet member 2 manufactured to cover the conical surface of a road sign cone 1 formed as a cylindrical cone. The sheet member 2 integrally has a conical surface wrapping part 21 sized to wrap a conical surface part 11 of the sign cone 1; a fold-in part 22 formed in cylindrical shape from a top part 21a of the conical surface wrapping part 21, and a constricted part 23 formed in a region between the conical surface wrapping part 21 and the fold-in part 22.
