PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively mass-produce an extremely safe antibacterial processed paper having excellent antibacterial activities by facilitating an antibacterial processing of a paper product in a production or printing step of the paper product by using an existing paper converter or printer. SOLUTION: A step for spraying an antibacterial material consisting essentially of a vegetable component by a shower method is added to a production step for processing the paper product by using the paper converter.
