PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement display panel device which is easily attachable and detachable to and from a signboard supporting body, does not contaminate a display surface and can maintain the display quality over a long period of time. SOLUTION: This advertisement display panel device has, a hollow display panel formed by coupling the peripheral edge of a display surface plate consisting of a light transparent material to the peripheral edge of a back plate, which has a coupling means to the supporting body and vent holes having waterproof and insectproof functions and consists of the same light transparent material, and a light source for illumination disposed within the back side space of this display panel. The coupling means is disposed by means of a mounting seat body fixed to a flat seat surface on the back side of the back plate by using double coated adhesive tapes and tapping screws. The vent holes are sealed by gas permeable films and are preferably disposed at least at >=2 points at the back of the back plate.
