PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make arranging regularly and positioning spout or sack with spout unnecessary in conveying spouts or sacks with spouts along a guide rail in a line and changing a direction in a middle of conveyance. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a circular rotation body 5 rotationally driven, a guide rail 6 arranged around the rotation body 5 at a designated interval, a plurality of grippers 7 arranged on the rotation body 5 and rotating together with the rotation body 5. The rotation body 5 includes an outer circumference part 5a entering into a groove between flanges F of the spout S to support the flange. The guide rail 6 includes an arc shaped guide part 6a entering into a groove between flanges F of the spout S to support the flange inside. The gripper 7 closes at position 4 to nip the flange F of the spout S and opens before position 7 to release the spout S as the rotation body 5 rotates.
