PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deaerate, pack and dispose of a used paper diaper by quite a simple means easily without emitting a bad smell. SOLUTION: A sack-like fitting device 10 is a three-layered structure comprising a first water absorbing paper 11, a second water absorption paper 12, and a synthetic resin water block paper 13 on the outside of the same having the breathing characteristic but is waterproof. At the tip end of the same, pyroligneous acid is infiltrated. This device 10 is fitted on the suction hose 31 of a vacuum cleaner 30. Air is removed from an airtight bag 20 filled with a used paper diaper by the suction hose 31 for packing airtight the bag 20. Various kinds of deodorants may be selected, but it is desirable that a deodorant having a sterilizing effect without damaging the environment in addition to a deodorant effect be used.
