PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curtain binding device which can bind a curtain with beautiful finish without breaking any folds of the folded curtain. SOLUTION: The curtain binding device 30 to bind a part of the folded curtain by a string or strip binding member V comprises rails 312 and 342 which are separable and annular when the rails are integrated with each other, a tape holder 390 which holds one end side of the binding member V in a deliverable manner, and is turned around along the rails 312 and 342, and a tape clamp 360 to hold the other end side of the binding member in a fixed manner. The rails 312 and 342 are integrated with each other so as to surround the folded portions of the curtain from a disintegrated condition, and the tape holder 390 are moved along the rails 312 and 342 to wind the binding member V around the curtain while holding the binding member V.
