PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck deck structure capable of increasing an assemblage, reducing a production cost, and easily coping with a change in length of a deck. SOLUTION: A front unit 17 having the front wall 4 of the deck 1 from the front end part of a floor panel vertically installed thereon, a rear unit 19 connected to the front unit 17 through a skirt rail 18 disposed so as to extend rearward from both lateral ends of the floor panel 16 of the front unit 17 and having the rear gate frame 6 of the deck 1 vertically installed thereon, and a center unit 22 on which a plurality of floor panel modules 20 and 21 are laid down so as to be bridged across the skirt rails 18 for connecting the front unit 17 to the rear unit 19 are assembled in vertical sills 12 laid down on a chassis frame 10 extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle.
