A reflecting mirror 4d has a rotation axis 7 which is inserted into a bearing 8 of a case 1. Accordingly, the reflecting mirror 4d is capable of rotating with respect to the case 1 and only the reflecting mirror 4d is capable of adjusting the set up angle alpha made with the case 1. When the set up angle is changed, the reflecting angle of the projected ray on the reflecting mirror 4d is also changed. Therefore, the launching angle of the projected ray 5 with respect to the case 1 can be adjusted.
