forestry; skidding vehicles. SUBSTANCE: logger bunk has slewing circle 1 and frame 2 with cradle. Clamping levers 3 operated by hydraulic cylinders are secured on frame. Wire ropes of rope-and-block gear for tightening bundle of trees are secured by one end on upper part of levers. Height of frame cradle exceeds center of section of conventionally closed bunk. Cradle has slot passing through middle of frame dividing the frame into two parts. Clamping levers with hydraulic cylinders are arranged in slot and other ends of wire rope of rope-and-block gear are secured in slot. Rope-and-block gear is made in form of two turnable levers installed in mirror-like manner relative to each other and provided with rollers and wire ropes reeved off in rollers. Wire ropes are located out of the working zone of cradle when clamping levers are fully opened. Wire ropes can move along slot under action of turnable levers with rollers when clamping levers are closed. Slewing circle has flexible hold-downs secured on its fixed part and being in contact with movable part. Bunk frame has flexible member connecting vehicle body with bunk and limiting turning of bunk in horizontal plane. EFFECT: increased capacity of logger and improved reliability. 3 cl, 6 dwg |
