PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for preventing birds from invading efficiently preventing a pigeon from invading a veranda and easy to use. SOLUTION: This instrument for preventing birds from invading is used by installing to a part which is a perch for the pigeon at the objective veranda. The instrument A for preventing birds from invading is configured by including linear objects 10 stretched along a railing and supporting mediums 20 each supporting the both ends of the linear objects 10. The supporting medium 20 is composed of a supporting arm 21 supporting the linear object 10 at the point thereof and a fixing member 22 for fixing the supporting arm 21 to the railing, etc. The linear objects 10 are stretched across approximately parallel to the railing so as to make a distance to the degree of preventing the birds from resting thereon to the objective railing.
