PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber material for a paper feed roller improving the ultraviolet ray resistance without impairing various performances as the rubber such as its physical property, bloom resistance, and abrasion resistance, and workability, pollution resistance, and paper feeding characteristics and suppressing the hardening and deterioration by ultraviolet ray, to provide a paper feed member formed with the rubber material on its surface, and to provide a paper feeder mounting the paper feed member thereon. SOLUTION: This rubber material is so formed that ethylene-propylene-diene ternary copolymer, single rubber, or mixture rubber with other rubber are set to rubber components and titanium oxide 4-4.5 pts.wt. is mixed relative to the rubber components 100 pts.wt.
