PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output control device of an engine which prevents the temperature of the oil in a torque converter from rising even if a stall occurs frequently. SOLUTION: In this output control device of the engine having an output reduction correction requesting means requesting to reduce an engine output for correction by outputting an allowable torque to the engine when the stall is continued for a preset first set time or longer, when the reduction correction request for engine output by the output reduction correction means is canceled and the stall is re-determined before the first set time is passed after the canceling, the output reduction correction request is outputted after the stall is continued for at least a time shorter than the first set time.
