PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparatively small apparatus for continuously manufacturing an alkali metal dispersing body containing the alkali metal with small grain sizes. SOLUTION: The apparatus 100 for continuously manufacturing the alkali metal dispersing body comprises a main body 1 having a cylindrical shape, a rotating shaft 2 installed in the above main body 1, and multistage shear blades 3 attached to the above rotating shaft 2, wherein the main body 1 has a structure through which a mixture of a molten alkali metal and a solvent can be continuously supplied, and the above shear blades 3 can rotate at a high speed in the above main body 1 with a torque given by the above rotating shaft 2.
