<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic power generation device emitting no waste gas or noises, requiring no provision of a water draining facility, etc., which is easily installed. <P>SOLUTION: A water tank 14 is installed on a mobile machine table so that the water therein 14 is led to a hydraulic generator 18 installed under the table where the power generation is conducted, and a generator M on the table 10 is rotated by part of the generated power to drive a lift pump P, and all water exhausted from the generator 18 at the time of power generation is circulated to the water tank 14 via pipes 26 and 28 so as to perform the power generation continuously, wherein the machine table 10 is fitted with an air turbine 36 and a compressed air tank Ta generating a rotational power by blowing the compressed air thereto, and the air turbine 36 is rotated by the compressed air supplied from the tank Ta and the rotational power is transmitted to the main shaft of the generator 18 so as to complement the water force of low head.
