PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high sensitivity, excellent repetition stability and good photomemory when repeatedly used in an electrophotographic process. SOLUTION: At least one charge transport material having an enamine partial structure or an alkenylamine partial structure and an organic sulfur compound having a thio-ether partial structure are incorporated into a photosensitive layer.
