PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiograph reader which has less dust sticking and is less electrified to obtain an excellent image of less noise though being used repeatedly. SOLUTION: The radiograph reader of a radiograph conversion panel having a stimulable phosphor layer has a foreign matter removal means which removes foreign matters on a read surface of the radiograph conversion panel by adhesive power before or after read of information in the radiograph conversion panel.
