PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcing instrument for a concrete rod-shaped structure capable of effectively utilizing one space partitioned by the rod-shaped structure and a tabular structure, surely reinforcing the rod-shaped structure of an existing concrete structure with the rod-shaped structure and the tabular structure. SOLUTION: The reinforcing instrument 30 has engaging members 31 engaged with column surfaces 22 in the reinforcing region A of a column 20 and clamping members 32 connecting walls 40, which are arranged so as not to be projected from surfaces on the non-reinforcing region B of the walls 40 on the outer peripheral sides in the reinforcing region A of the column 20 and adjoined mutually, and each engaging member 31.
