PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cleansing composition excellent in applicability, sense of use, cleansing effect and having effects for softening and removing keratin during the application of the same. SOLUTION: The soil cleansing composition comprises 0.1-5% component (A): a polyhydric alcohol ester of a long chain monocarboxylic acid and a long chain dicarboxylic acid, 0.01-15% component (B): a nonionic surfactant and 80-99.89% component (C): an oil in liquid form at 25°C and has 1,000-100,000 mPas viscosity value at 15°C.
