Method for producing a baked food product comprises: (a) filling a hollowed-out vegetable with a mixture of cream cheese, rice, fat component and diced vegetables; (b) optionally coating the free surface of the filling with cream cheese; (c) optionally freezing the product below -30, especially below -100degreesC; (d) thawing the product if it has been frozen and (e) baking at a temperature above 100degreesC, especially 120 - 140degreesC. An Independent claim is included for bakeable stuffed tomatoes, mushrooms, courgettes or potatoes with a filling of cream cheese, rice, fat component and diced vegetables. |
