A car side mirror device (3), comprising a right side mirror body (6) and a left side mirror body (9) each having a mirror member (12), an operating part (14) switchable between a right side mirror selected state, left side mirror selected state, and neutral state and adjusting the orientation of the mirror member (12) on the selected side, and a control means (21) rotating both the mirror members (12) of the right side mirror body (6) and the left side mirror body (9) downward when the operating part (14) in the neutral state is operated in one direction and folding both the right side mirror body (6) and the left side mirror body (9) when the operating part (14) in the neutral state is operated in the other direction.
