<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat fixing device for child seats, which enables anyone to fix a seat belt on a child seat by a belt tension higher than the set value. <P>SOLUTION: This device 10 is provided with a belt passage 12 and a fixing device 15, which is constituted so that the seat belt 3 can be fixed. The fixing device 15 is provided with a latch 20 having a firmly holding member 17, which can turn around a shaft support section 171 and claw section 203, which can engage with the latch engagement face 174 of the firmly holding member 17, and the latch 20 is fixed to a slider 19, which has a movable roller, which can be moved by belt tension at the tip and is arranged so as to be movable rightward and leftward together with the slider 19. The latch 20 is energized to the side of the seat belt 3 by a coil spring 24, and, when applied belt tension exceeding the load at a maximum of compression, is moved rightward together with the slider 19 for releasing the engagement with the firmly holding member 17, as a result, the belt 3 is held firmly. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
