PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To productively produce a synthetic resin bottle and its preliminary molded body which have a heatproof characteristic bearing heat preservation by a hot warmer, etc., and whose bottle neck part is washable in a condition where a screw cap seals the bottle after being filled at a normal temperature by an aseptic system. SOLUTION: A preliminary molded body 100 made of a neck part 1 and a tubular main body part 2 with a bottom continuing the neck part is injection molded using a synthetic resin such as polyethylene terephthalate. The neck part 1 is formed with a top face tightly adhering to the inside of a screw cap and a continuous side face, and its outer periphery is provided with a screw part fitting the screw cap. Grooves 8a, 8b having a depth smaller than that of a thread channel 4 are formed on the screw part from the thread top 3 to the thread channel 4 vertically crossing the screw part. An area contacting the cap inside face covering the top face an the screw part of the neck part is crystallization processed. The main body part 2 of the preliminary molded body 100 is blow molded for obtaining a synthetic bottle. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
