PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realized a fluorometric apparatus for personal-use which can be used on the table of a researcher. SOLUTION: In the fluorometric apparatus, in which a sample is put into a plurality of wells installed on a plate (12) and fluorescence is generated, when the sample is irradiated with excitation light is measured and inspected, there are provided a stage movement part (13) which moves the plate at every row interval of the wells (12a), a line excitation part (16) by which one row portion of the wells on the plate is irradiated with the excitation light, in synchronization with the movement of the plate by the part (13) and line measuring parts (19, 20, 21), which measure the fluorescence emitted from the sample by the irradiation with the excitation light in the part (16) by every row portion of the wells. |
