PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic rubber composition having good vulcanization properties obtained only by primary vulcanization and an excellent balance of processability and permanent compression strain. SOLUTION: This acrylic rubber composition having the excellent processability, the mechanical properties and the permanent compression strain obtained only by primary vulcanization as rubber is obtained by a combination of (A) acrylic elastomer containing a carboxy group, (B) at least one monoamine compound selected from a primary amine and a secondary amine, (C) a guanidine compound and (D) a specified aromatic diamine.
