PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical connector adaptor and an optical connector plug that can be made low-cost and that can show superior electromagnetic wave shielding performance. SOLUTION: The optical connector adaptor 10 is equipped with a sleeve holder 30 with a built-in optical connecting sleeve 20 and a housing 40 with a through hole 41 for holding this sleeve holder 30. In this optical connector adaptor 10, a layer 100 for shielding an electromagnetic wave is formed on at least the outer face of the housing 40, thereby showing superior electromagnetic wave shielding performance.
