PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a joint work of a pipe in a short period of time and surely provide a sealing performance to a joint part of the pipe. SOLUTION: The outer circumference of a spigot 10 is disposed with a seal material pushing ring 20 contacting a seal material 13 and a push ring 21 contacting the seal material pushing ring 20, and the outer circumference of the seal material pushing ring 20 is formed with a pushing ring tapered surface 22. The push ring 21 is provided with a circumferential division part, a bolt 29 and nut 18 circumferentially narrowing a space formed in the division part by fastening the division part, a claw part 24 being latched with a socket flange 19 by the contraction of the push ring 21 by the bolt 29 and nut 18, and a push ring tapered face 27 contacting with the pushing ring tapered face 22 by the contraction of the push ring 21.
