PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform supply of seal liquid to the mechanical seal 20a provided between the movable tank 10 and the rotary shaft 11 with simple composition for a long period of time. SOLUTION: A sealed pressure type seal liquid tank 30 containing the seal liquid for the mechanical seal 20a is fixed to the movable tank 10. The direction of the central axis L2 of the seal liquid tank 30 is set to be the same direction of the rotary central axis L2 of the movable tank 10. The supply port 34 of the seal liquid to the mechanical seal 20a is located at the position of the central axis L2 of the seal liquid tank 30. Even if the movable tank 10 is at any position while it rotates or oscillates within a maximum of 360 degrees, the seal liquid is surely fed to the mechanical seal side through the supply port 34 of the seal liquid and the seal liquid is continuously supplied.
