PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter such as a book, a journal and a catalogue in which a tag is not peeled off and a corresponding part can be easily recognized and when the tag is used, handleability does not become worse. SOLUTION: A perforation is provided from a top side or an end part side or a bottom side of a page constituting the printed matter such as the book, the journal and the catalogue toward the inner direction of the page. A folding line is continuously provided at the base end part of the perforation and a piece of a paper is cut along the perforation and the piece of the paper folded back through the folding line is made to be the tag.
