The invention relates to a method for specifically immobilizing mediator molecules on substrate surfaces. According to the inventive method, anchor molecules having a helical structure are covalently bound to the chemically activated surface of the substrate in a first step, and mediator molecules having an antihelical structure are immobilized on the substrate surface in a second step. The mediator molecules used are bone growth factors from the class of the TGF-beta proteins. The invention also relates to a method for producing three-dimensional models, especially of biomolecules. |
