A mobile communication terminal has a melody sound source for simultaneously producing the sounds of a plurality of sound parts of melody data, a vibrator for vibrating a casing in response to a preset action, and a light-emitting diode for emitting light in response to a preset action. A melody timing output circuit in the melody sound source outputs a signal that determines the sounds of a given part of the melody data to a controller.
