PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily bend a sheet metal having desired length and thickness at desired width and angle at a job site. SOLUTION: This bending tool has a constitution in which a pair of rotary circular, truncated conical or conical guide rings 14, 15 are provided, wherein opposed inclined outer surfaces are parallel in the case they are a truncated cone or a cone, in the tip parts of shaft members 9, 10 which are provided movably back and forth and adjustably on a support base plate 4 with a prescribed interval, and a clearance 16 into which the sheet metal A is inserted is present between the rotary guide rings 14, 15 provided on the respective shaft members 9, 10.
