PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide escape equipment by which a user can transfer directly from an escaping aperture to an escape ladder. SOLUTION: The equipment comprises: a ladder apparatus 4 which is extended lowering along the front face of the escaping aperture 3 of a building while keeping a proper space D between the ladder apparatus and the forming surface 2 of the escape aperture of the building by a traveling face regulation part 1; and a regulation body 6 for regulating movement of the ladder apparatus 4 in a separating direction from the outer wall 5 of the building after lowering.
