PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction device for an ultrasonic treatment realizing correct relation between the optimum ultrasonic output and suction without adding a special device to a hand piece. SOLUTION: Ultrasonic vibration generated by an ultrasonic vibrator capable of generating the ultrasonic vibration is transmitted by a probe 12 to living tissues, and the living tissues are treated by the ultrasonic vibration. Residual tissues generated at the time of ultrasonic treatment are sucked from a suction opening part provided at a tip of the probe 12. A control part 25 is provided to control the sucking action to interlock the vibrator with the probe 12 while maintaining correlation between vibration amplitude and suction quantity.
