PURPOSE: To provide a drive transmission which can prevent vibration of a unit on a driven side, irrespective of shaft misalignment between a drive shaft and a driven shaft. CONSTITUTION: In the drive transmission wherein the drive shaft 81 and the sleeve shaft 31 (the driven shaft) are arranged separably coaxially and a drive is transmitted from the drive shaft 81 to the sleeve shaft 31 through a coupling 61 (a drive transmission means); the coupling 61 is mounted on the sleeve shaft 31, the coupling 61 is connected to the drive shaft 81 (the shaft on mounted side) insertably and extractably/engageably and disengageably, and further the coupling 61 is mounted on the sleeve shaft 31 (the shaft on mounting side) with flexibility at least radially and axially and is engaged on the drive shaft 81 (the shaft on mounted side) with flexibility at least radially and axially.
