CYCLOID DUAL FLOW TRAY FOR WET SCRUBBER AND FLUE GAS DESULFURIZATION DEVICE

PURPOSE: A tray for a wet scrubber is provided which prevents shielding due to sludge and absorbs waste gas at a high efficiency while the tray is easily repaired and has the similar differential pressure in the gas-liquid contact process compared to an existing perforated plate shaped tray. CONSTITUTION: In a tray for a wet scrubber and a flue gas desulfurization device made of a metallic plate(P), the cycloid dual flow tray for a wet scrubber and a flue gas desulfurization device comprises holes(H) and blades(B) which are formed on a place where gas is contacted with liquid, wherein an opening angle(&thgr;2) is 20 to 70 degrees of an angle, each of the holes(H) are in a sector shape having a radius of 30 to 200 mm, and an included angle(&thgr;1) of the sector shape is 30 to 60 degrees of an angle, an opening direction of the blades(B) is clockwise or counter clockwise, an opening ratio of the blades(B) is 25 to 50% for an area of the metallic plate(P), and an opening ratio of the tray is 30 to 60%.
