PURPOSE: Provided is a medical instrument for contact blood vessel using an LED and an LD based which directly contacts and radiates above skin so that it helps to treat people without danger of being infected by a syringe. CONSTITUTION: The medical instrument for contact blood vessel using the LED and the LD based comprises the parts of: a semi-oval body(101) which is touched on wrist; multiple LEDs and LDs which are placed in a concave part of the body; a power supply tool(102) which supplies power for the LED and the LD; a timer which sets an operation time; an adjuster which adjusts output of the LED and the LD; and a power switch which supplies power.
