PURPOSE: A method for monitoring an illegal usage of a credit card is provided to increase the convenience of a customer by providing an article purchasing receipt to the customer, and by enabling the customer to easily confirm items paid with a credit card. CONSTITUTION: A server searches whether a user makes a request for paying with a credit card(400). In case that the user makes the request, the server searches whether the user inputs personal information and a PIN(Personal Identification Number)(404). In case that the user approves the personal information and the PIN, the server extracts an IP(Internet Protocol) address, an e-mail address and a connection time from a user terminal(406). The server confirms the personal information provided from a server of a credit card company and the user(408). In case that it is different between the personal information provided from the server and the user(410), the server counts the number(412). The server confirms whether different personal information is inputted from the terminal three times or more(414). In case that the personal information is inputted three times or more, a payment with a credit card is denied(416). In case that the information inputted from the user is identical to the information stored in the server, a position of the user terminal is traced(418). Information on payment with the credit card is stored in a database(422). The server receives an e-mail address from the user and transmits an article purchasing receipt to the e-mail address.
