DEVICE FOR DISCHARGING FLUID MEDIA OF FLUIDIZED BED FURNACE

PURPOSE: A fluid media discharge device of a fluidized bed furnace is provided to remove the plugging of an air manifold without the stoppage of a furnace by installing a unit for discharging the fluid media backward flowing to the lower portion of the air manifold. CONSTITUTION: In a furnace(10), an air manifold(60) and a blower device(70) are installed to fluidize the fluid media. A plurality of nozzles(61) are branched from the air manifold by penetrating through the furnace. A discharge outlet(62) and a screw(63) for transferring the fluid media to the discharge outlet are installed on the bottom face of the air manifold. A control handle(64) is installed to rotate the screw. Upon rotating the control handle, the screw rotates. The fluid media deposited on the bottom face(10a) of the furnace are transferred to the center of the manifold and discharged through the discharge outlet. Therefore, the plugging of the air manifold is removed conveniently.
