PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment and a method for stably performing continuous heat treatment of the cold rolled strip of grain-oriented silicon steel with high quality. SOLUTION: In the continuously heat-treating equipment for the grain-oriented silicon steel, one cold rolling mill for cold-rolling the strip delivered from a furnace part is added to an annealing line composed of the furnace part for annealing the cold-rolled strip. In a heat-treating line for cold-rolled sheets, the process from the intermediate annealing stage of the grain-oriented silicon sheet to decarburizing annealing stage can be treated, and high productivity and high quality of a product, and a short manufacturing period can be realized.
